Denisse provides corporate tax advisory services for clients in the retail, manufacturing and services industries. Among her areas of expertise are consumption tax issues, including settlement transactions with the Puerto Rico Treasury Department and the Municipalities, closing agreements with governmental entities, assistance with tax audits and corporate compliance.
She has been the speaker of various tax seminars sponsored by the Puerto Rico Society of Certified Public Accountants and its chapters.
