Professional Career Highlights

Rosirma is a Member at Alvarado Tax & Business Advisors LLC (“ATBA”), a company dedicated to tax and business consulting services and has over 15 years of experience in the corporate and individual tax advisory areas with various international and local firms. Before joining ATBA, Rosirma was a senior associate in the Corporate Tax Department of an international accounting firm in San Juan until 2004. Also, Rosirma worked for three years at a local public accounting firm.

Rosirma earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and a master’s degree in Taxation from the Sacred Heart University.  She has been the speaker of various tax seminars sponsored by the Puerto Rico Certified Public Accountants Society (“PRCPAs”) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”).  In addition, Rosirma also fulfilled the requirements established by the AICPA to hold the Chartered Global Management Accountant credentials.
